Overview

What is Software as a Service?

Software as a Service (SaaS) is a delivery model where software is hosted on the cloud and accessed by users through a browser or mobile app — instead of installed on their own computers. Customers pay a recurring subscription (monthly or yearly) rather than a large upfront license fee.

For businesses, SaaS means no infrastructure to manage, no installations to maintain, and no big upfront investments. Updates, backups, and security patches are handled automatically. Users just log in and start working — from anywhere, on any device.

We build SaaS platforms for companies that want to sell software as a subscription. Everything is architected for the SaaS model from day one: multi-tenant data isolation, subscription billing, role-based access, usage metering, and global scalability — with the compliance and security enterprises expect.

What We Provide

Every Layer of the SaaS Stack

From multi-tenant architecture to billing to customer dashboards — the full platform, built to scale.

Multi-Tenant Architecture

Single codebase, isolated data per customer. We design tenant separation that scales to thousands of accounts without performance tradeoffs or data leakage risk.

Subscription & Billing

Stripe, Paddle, or custom billing integration. Recurring invoices, plan upgrades/downgrades, trials, coupons, dunning management, and tax handling — all automated.

Authentication & SSO

Email/password, social login, SAML, OAuth, and enterprise SSO (Okta, Azure AD). Role-based access control with audit logs and session management.

Usage Metering & Limits

Track usage per tenant — API calls, storage, seats, transactions. Enforce plan limits, generate overage invoices, and feed real-time dashboards for admins.

Global Cloud Infrastructure

AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud with multi-region deployment. Auto-scaling, CDN, load balancing, and disaster recovery designed for 99.9%+ uptime.

Admin & Analytics Dashboards

Two dashboards in one: a customer-facing portal for end users, and an internal admin console for your team to manage tenants, plans, and revenue.

How It Works

Our Build Process

A structured four-stage approach that takes a SaaS idea from concept to production platform.

01

Product & Architecture

We define the product, pricing tiers, and technical architecture — including tenancy model, data isolation strategy, and infrastructure plan.

02

Core Platform Build

Authentication, subscription billing, admin console, and tenant management built first — the foundation every SaaS needs.

03

Feature Development

Your unique product features developed in sprints, tested with real users, and rolled out progressively behind feature flags.

04

Launch & Scale

Production launch with monitoring, alerting, and CI/CD pipelines. Ongoing support as your user base grows from hundreds to hundreds of thousands.

Why EasySolutions

Key Benefits

Why we build better SaaS platforms than a generic development team.

Built for Multi-Tenancy

Every layer is designed for isolated tenants from the start. No bolt-on multi-tenancy that breaks at scale or leaks data between customers.

Infinitely Scalable

Auto-scaling infrastructure handles everything from your first 10 customers to your first 100,000 — without re-architecting as you grow.

Enterprise-Grade Security

SOC 2 and ISO 27001-aligned security, encrypted data at rest and in transit, SSO, audit logs, and full compliance support.

Predictable Costs

Fixed-price builds with transparent scope. No surprise invoices, no hourly billing traps. Ongoing support plans start after successful launch.

Analytics Built-In

Real-time dashboards for your team track MRR, churn, active tenants, and usage. Data-driven decisions from day one.

You Own Everything

Full source code, cloud infrastructure, and IP transferred to you. No vendor lock-in, no hidden platform fees, no dependency on us to grow.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

What is multi-tenancy and why does it matter?
Multi-tenancy means multiple customers (tenants) share the same application instance and infrastructure, while their data remains fully isolated. It's the core of the SaaS model — it dramatically reduces hosting costs because you're not spinning up separate servers for each customer. When built correctly, multi-tenant architecture scales to thousands of customers with consistent performance and zero data leakage.
How long does it take to build a SaaS platform?
A minimum viable SaaS (auth, billing, core features) typically takes 4–6 months. A full-featured platform with admin dashboards, usage metering, SSO, and integrations usually takes 6–12 months. Enterprise-grade platforms with compliance, multi-region deployment, and complex integrations can take longer. We provide a detailed timeline during the discovery phase.
Which cloud provider do you recommend — AWS, Azure, or GCP?
It depends on your priorities. AWS offers the broadest service catalog and most mature ecosystem — the default choice for most SaaS. Azure integrates best if your customers are enterprise and use Microsoft tools. Google Cloud excels at data analytics and machine learning workloads. We're certified across all three and pick the right one for your use case, not the one we prefer.
How do you handle billing and subscription management?
We typically integrate Stripe or Paddle for subscription billing — both handle recurring payments, invoices, tax compliance (VAT/GST), and dunning management out of the box. For enterprise clients with custom contracts, we build custom billing logic. Either way, subscription management, upgrades/downgrades, and proration are automated.
What happens after launch — do you provide support?
Yes. After launch we offer ongoing SaaS support plans covering infrastructure monitoring, security patches, OS/runtime updates, and minor feature work. We also help you scale infrastructure as your customer base grows. Since you own the code and infrastructure, you're never dependent on us — but most clients stay with us as their long-term engineering partner.
